We are happy to offer full refund for products with manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
Email us the unboxing video and image of the defective product to email@example.com along with the invoice to schedule a return pick up.
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also have the packaging intact for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the packaging is removed, may not be accepted for refund.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the video and images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Excluding Sunday).
Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days.
Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.
